You know, we baby boomers think young and we are just not ready to look old, act old or give in to the effects of aging without a fight.  And, we don't have to!

At Body & Mind Powerhouse we get it.  We want to be your partner and  provide you with our experience, understanding and guidance.  We will inject our energy and knowledge into your every workout and help you bring out that inner youthful spirit.

Our programs are specifically tailored to your goals.  The training includes cardio and aerobic training, strength training, flexibility and balance enhancing exercises.

Whether  you want to improve in a specific sport, lose weight, gain strength, recover from an injury, feel more energetic or just plain look better, Helane Hurwith, M.Sc, Principal of Body & Mind Powerhouse, will work with you, one on one, guiding you, pushing you and holding you accountable in order to reach your goals.
